The Anti-Nephi-Lehies Buried Their Weapons of War
Book of Mormon 2019

The people of Ammon, also known as the Anti-Nephi-Lehies, are a great example of a real change of heart. After years of fighting against the Nephites, they finally laid down their weapons and made a covenant with God to never take them up again. This covenant was so important to them that they even buried their weapons to symbolize their commitment to peace.
Just as the Anti-Nephi-Lehies buried their weapons of war, we should bury our weapons of rebellion. We should lay down our pride, our anger, and our grudges. We should make a covenant with God to never pick them up again. When we do this, we will find peace and happiness in our lives.
